Overview
Co-branded materials feature your agency’s logo and the contact information of each agent, along with their Direct Quote Link.
To gain access to co-branded marketing materials, agencies must first sell 10 Wind/Hail policies.
How It Works
Once your agency reaches 10 Wind/Hail policy sales, the owner, admin, or CSR will receive a notification that your agency now has access to co-branded marketing materials.
After being notified, they can visit the Resources page in the dashboard, where they’ll be prompted to upload the agency logo.
Once the logo is uploaded, our team will prepare the co-branded materials featuring:
Each agent’s name, contact information, and Direct Quote Link
Your agency’s logo is displayed alongside Sola’s logo at the top of each file
Here is a step-by-step:
Step 1: Upload Logo |
After receiving the notification, the user will select the “Co-Branded Marketing Material” banner, where they’ll find a button to upload the agency’s logo.
Step 2: Our Team Creates Your Materials |
Once the logo is uploaded, our team will prepare your co-branded materials.
This process typically takes 1 to 4 business days.
Step 3: Agents Receive Notifications |
When the materials are ready, each agent in your agency will receive a personal notification that their co-branded marketing materials are available.
After receiving the notification, any agent can access their dashboard and open the Co-Branded Marketing Materials tab to download their PDF files.
There are two types of PDF files:
Digital Files - These files have a direct quote link button.
Print Files - These files have a direct quote link "QR codes".
In the co-branded materials, we also offer an email text template that you can copy to accompany your materials when reaching out to clients.
