Overview
Getting a multi-property quote from your Sola dashboard is quick and easy. Follow these steps to generate a price quote to match your client’s multi-structure or multi-property coverage needs.
💡 Get a policy for yourself. Consider purchasing a Sola policy yourself first. It’s a great way to understand the process firsthand and build trust through your own experience.

Policy Type and Policy Information
Once you’ve started your quote, you’ll need to select your policy details:
Policy Type: Choose between two types of policy
Single property with one structure
More than one property or structure (select this option for a bulk quote)
Start Date
Choose when the policy should begin. Note that Sola policies have a 5-day waiting period, meaning that the coverage effective date may differ from the start date if you’ve chosen one less than five days out.
💡 Select a start date more than five days out from the purchase date to ensure that coverage begins immediately on that date, with no additional wait.
Insured Information and Address
To create a quote, you’ll need to provide the insured’s full name and address. This information is required to complete the process.
Insured Information
The Insured Information section collects the primary contact details for the policyholder. All fields in this section are required:
First Name: Enter the policyholder’s legal first name as it appears on their identification documents.
Last Name: Enter the policyholder’s legal last name as it appears on their identification documents.
Email: Provide a valid email address where policy documents and communications will be sent. This email will be used for all policy-related notifications.
Phone Number: Enter a valid phone number where the policyholder can be reached. The number will be automatically formatted to (XXX) XXX-XXXX.
💡 Ensure all information matches the policyholder’s identification documents accurately. Incorrect information can lead to future coverage issues.
