Sola offers agencies the ability to automatically download policy documents and commission statements directly into their Agency Management System (AMS) through IVANS.
To set up these automatic downloads, an agency owner will need to provide Sola with their IVANS Y-Account Name and IVANS User ID.
This information can be entered by navigating to the My Agency tab within the Sola Agent Portal. At the top of the page, you will find an IVANS Set-Up section where you can enter your IVANS account information. Once this information has been added, policy and commission downloads will automatically begin flowing into your AMS the following day.
