Use your Sola Dashboard to manage your existing policies

Overview

With your Sola dashboard, managing policies is simple. All active and past policies appear on your Policyholders page, where you can view each policyholder’s contact information, policy type, status, effective and expiration dates, e-signature status, premium, and coverage limit. You can also see their payment schedule and next payment date.

In addition to viewing all policy details, you can download the signed application and policy documents. You can also edit the policyholder’s name, contact information, phone number, and mailing address.

❗️ Please note: you can only edit the policyholder’s mailing address. If the policy address needs to be updated, you’ll need to contact Sola's team via chat box or contact your Sola representative directly.

The Policyholders page enables you to view their complete payment schedule and update their payment information as needed.

You’ll also have access to their renewals (renewals can be managed with the renewals page) and all of their transaction history and receipts.
