Overview

Sola policyholders are required to e-sign their policies.

  • When a policy is purchased by the client, it is automatically e-signed.
    ​

  • When you, the agent, purchase a policy on behalf of a client, the client will receive an email to e-sign their policy.
    ​

⚠️ Your clients can't opt out of the e-signature of a policy.

πŸ’‘ For elderly clients, who might find it difficult to do an online signature, you can sign with their consent.
