Managing Upcoming and Recent Renewals

Manage upcoming renewals on your dashboard renewals page

On your renewals page, you can manage both Upcoming and Recent renewals. Here’s a quick recap of the difference:

  1. Upcoming Renewals

    Renewals that are scheduled to occur within the next 30 days.
    We flag two possible issues:

    • Manual Renewals

    • Card Expiring

  2. Recent Renewals

    Renewals that occurred within the last 30 days.
    We flag one possible issue:

    • Failed Renewals

Navigation between Upcoming and Recent

To navigate between Upcoming and Recent, simply use the tab selection below the page title.

Each tab includes a notification tag that appears when a policy needs attention.

  • On Upcoming Renewals, the tag shows the number of manual renewals or expiring cards.

  • On Recent Renewals, the tag shows the number of failed recent renewals.

Upcoming Tag:

This example shows that three policies need attention. This number can be any combination of manual renewals or expiring cards.

Recent Tag

This example shows that five policies need attention, meaning five policies have failed their payments.


Manage Upcoming Renewals

Select Upcoming Renewals. You will see a search bar you can use to find a specific policyholder.

The main section of this page is the Upcoming Renewals table. Below is an image of the upcoming renewals page.

All policies that require manual renewal or have an expiring card appear at the top. These will display a red Manage button. The example below highlights the policies in the table that need attention.

To manage one of these policies, click the red Manage button. A side pop-up will open on the right. You can use it to contact your policyholder or make updates to their account. The image below shows an example of the side pop-up for manual renewals.


Manage Recent Renewals

To manage recent renewals, change tabs and select Recent Renewals.

Policies marked with the red Failed tag have failed their renewal payment and are set to expire. To manage these policies, click the red Manage button.

After clicking Manage, a side pop-up will appear on the right side of the page.

This pop-up works the same way as on the Upcoming Renewals tab, allowing you to contact the policyholder or complete the payment if they give you permission.
